Restaurant – Maxine by the Sea Restaurant and Lodge is home to some of the very best seafood dishes the Philippines has to offer. With a close proximity to Pangasinan’s wildlife-rich sea waters, here is where you can satisfy all your seafood cravings without having to burn a hole in your pocket! Our seasoned cooks can prepare a feast especially for you any time of the day or night!

Rooms – Choose from our 9 spacious, newly renovated, air-conditioned rooms, each priced within reach! We have Superior Rooms, a Family Room, a Deluxe Room, and Junior Suites – so you’re certain to find the room that’s perfect for you! You’ll need to hurry though because our rooms get booked fast!

Facilities – We also have outstanding facilities for our guests to enjoy here at Maxine by the Sea Restaurant and Lodge. There’s the Banquet room with 5 private balconies for exclusive dining, great for large gatherings up to 250 guests, there’s Maxine’s Rendezvous which can accommodate up to 150 guests and View Deck upper level with a panoramic view of the Lucap Wharf. There’s the Sea Deck which is perfect for moonlight dining and offers a spectacular 180-degree view of the Hundred Islands. We have the Rooftop Garden restaurant (still on construction)

We are open to serve you from 7 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week.

Jr. Suite

Jr. Suite – Php 4,950.00

Large air-conditioned room with a Queen size bed & lounging area 2-person maximum, spacious bathroom with hot & cold water shower, refrigerator, cable TV Wi-Fi (access in restaurant areas), free breakfast.

Family Room

Family Room – Php 6,300.00

Large newly renovated air-conditioned room with 3 double beds 6-person maximum, spacious bathroom with hot & cold water shower, cable TV, Wi-Fi (access in restaurant area), Free Breakfast.

Deluxe Room

Deluxe Room – Php 4,500.00

Newly renovated air-conditioned room with 1 double bed 2-person maximum, spacious bathroom with hot & cold water shower, refrigerator, cable TV, Wi-Fi (access in restaurant areas), Free Breakfast.

Check In/Out

– Check-in time 3:00pm and Check-out time is 12:00 noon

– FULL PAYMENT at the time of booking is required to guarantee your reservations. Payments maybe deposited in our
RCBC Savings Bank or Maybank Savings or pay directly to our front office.

–We accept cash only. We apologize for the inconvenience

– Rates are inclusive of all taxes and subject to change without prior notice.

-Over and above the maximum capacity, an extra roll-away bed is available for a daily rate of Php 850 per person per room.

– Children (12 years old and under) sharing room and bed with parents are free of charge.

– Late check-out is Php 750.00 per hour.

– No show booking is automatically charged full room rate. No refund.

-Cancellation Policy:
100% refund for cancellations before 6:00pm (local time), 24 hours before
check-in day
No refunds for cancellations after 6:00pm (local time), less than 24
hours before check-in day.

Facilities

Banquet Room with 5 Private Balconies

Ideal for weddings, family or school reunions, company conferences, team-building seminars, and other large gatherings. The private balconies is where you can enjoy exclusive dining with a view. The Banquet room can accommodate up to 250 persons.

Maxine’s Rendezvous

A deck of 20 meters long, extended out to the sea giving a fantastic view & ocean-front dinning experience. You can watch boats cruising byon their way to the Hundred Islands and at the same time enjoy freshest seafood. Perfect spot to watch the sunrise while sipping freshly brewed coffee.

Sea Deck

An open air deck ideal for sunrise breakfast and moonlit dinning, has a 180 degree view of the Hundred Islands

View Deck

Upper level dinning area with a panoramic view of the Hundred Islands, Lucap Wharf and Lucap Park. Great area for special celebrations, family & friends bonding or just enjoy the soothing sea breeze.

Rooftop Garden Restaurant (Currently Under Construction)

–An unforgettable experience for open air and moonlight dining. Witness a panoramic view of the hundred islands and the marina of Lucap – a great spot to watch local boats bringing tourists to the hundred islands.
